Don’t worry, you’re not speaking the whole time – merely presenting within a 30-minute window. Usually participants choose 15 minutes to present. Then, the members constructively critique the presentation for the next 15 minutes – very valuable insights … Because you realize good feedback is the core of any plan for successful growth.
